Ingredients

  • 100 grams of medium-coarse coffee grounds
  • 800 grams of water.

Instructions

  1. Add 100 grams of medium-coarse coffee grounds to a pitcher.
  2. Pour 800 grams of cold water.
  3. Mix coffee grounds and water, ensuring that all the coffee is wet.
  4. Steep coffee grounds at room temperature for 14 hours.
  5. Strain using a conic dripper and a paper filter into a mason jar or smaller container. Alternatively, you can use a strainer and a bowl, but it’s more likely to let sediments go through.
  6. Stick it in the fridge to enjoy it cold!
