Ingredients
-
1/2 cup whole milk
-
1 cup of strong coffee
-
1/4 cup Chocolate sauce
-
4 Oreo biscuits – or other types of chocolate cookie sandwiches.
-
1 teaspoon chocolate chips
-
1/2 cup of Ice
Instructions
- Step 2: Bring Out the Blender
Make some strong coffee. You can use anything from a Moka pot to a French press; if you’re fancy, you can even draw an espresso shot. Either way, make sure you’re making your coffee strong, or it’ll get overpowered by all the milk and chocolate sauce. We recommend using a darker roast for more robust coffee.
-
The next thing you want to do is transfer your coffee to a blender. Now add ¾ of your crushed Oreos, milk, and chocolate sauce to taste to the blender. You want to blend everything until it’s smooth.
-
We like serving our frappuccino in transparent glass so we can see the magic happening. Add in your ice and drizzle chocolate sauce on the side. Then pour in your blended coffee and a generous helping of whipped cream. Top the whipped cream with your favorite toppings; we’re big fans of chocolate chips and the 1⁄4 Oreos we had left behind.
-
Your frappuccino is all done. Take a few Instagram-worthy pics and enjoy. Don’t leave it out for long, though, or the ice will water down the drink!
